The delivery times quoted are carrier provided timescales, however in most cases your order may arrive sooner. We cannot guarantee delivery times for any order and international orders could be subject to customs delays, which are unfortunately out of our control.
DELIVERY SERVICES
All UK orders are delivered via our courier Royal Mail UK.
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with your delivery details including a 1-hour delivery window and some options in case you are not available.
If you have supplied your mobile number, you will also receive an SMS on the delivery day with this information.
All international orders will be delivered via our courier DHL.
Once your order has been dispatched you will receive an email from the courier including your tracking details. All deliveries need to be signed for so please make sure there will be someone at the delivery address. If you are not at home, you will be notified by DHL and a redelivery will be attempted. Unfortunately, we do not currently delivery to BFPO addresses.
Delivery timescales at times can take a little longer depending on the destination. We cannot guarantee delivery times for any orders.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
All Puro Cashmere items are made to the highest quality however if you find an item you have purchased is unsatisfactory, you can return it within 28 days of receipt for a refund.
